Do you accept returns?
Yes. Eligible apparel may be returned if you request a return within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. If your order arrives in multiple packages, the window begins when the final package is delivered.
Can I return something because I changed my mind?
Yes, if it meets the return conditions. You’re generally responsible for return shipping.
How quickly are orders processed?
In-stock items are generally dispatched quickly. Our fulfillment partner currently advertises dispatch within 6 hours, but processing times may vary.
Can I return worn clothing?
No. Returned apparel must be unworn, with its original tags and required packaging and SKU label.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard delivery is estimated at approximately 5–15 days. Timing varies by product, fulfillment location, shipping method, and destination.
What if I receive the wrong item or my item arrives damaged?
Contact us promptly with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and work with you on a resolution.
